Welcome to ReMaCo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReMaCo marketplace website and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ReMaCo LLC ("ReMaCo", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Business-to-business (B2B) only
ReMaCo is a strictly Business-to-Business platform.
- No consumers: You must be a registered business entity with a valid EIN or Tax ID to buy or sell on ReMaCo.
- Verification: We reserve the right to request documentation to verify your company identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that cannot be verified.
3. Buying and selling
- Listings: Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including material type, form (bales, regrind, pellets), and technical specifications (MFI, contamination levels).
- Purchases: By submitting a purchase intent, the Buyer enters into a binding contract to purchase the goods at the agreed price.
- Shipping: Unless otherwise noted as "Delivered Price," all sales are Ex-Works (buyer arranges freight).
4. Fees and payments
- Commission: Sellers agree to pay ReMaCo a commission of 10% on the total transaction value. This fee is deducted automatically from the payout.
- Escrow: Payments are processed via Stripe. Funds are held in secure escrow until the transaction is completed according to the platform's workflows.
5. Disputes and returns
Because this is an industrial marketplace, "change of mind" returns are not accepted.
- Non-conformance: Buyers may only dispute a transaction if the delivered material is materially different from the listing description (e.g., wrong polymer type, excessive contamination).
- Resolution: ReMaCo will act as a neutral mediator in the event of a dispute, but is not liable for the condition of the goods.
6. Limitation of liability
ReMaCo is a venue for connecting buyers and sellers. We do not manufacture, store, or inspect the materials listed. We are not liable for any damages, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use of our Service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
